Founder / Managing Partner

Fendi Jonathan

Fendi Jonathan is a distinguished alumnus of Universitas Pelita Harapan and a prominent figure in the Indonesian legal community. He is an active board member specializing in Culture and Sport at PERADI's National Executive Council, showcasing his commitment to legal and cultural intersections. Fendi is also Vice Director of the PERADI Young Lawyers Committee and holds certification in receiver and administration from AKPI.Since 2014, Fendi has successfully represented diverse clients, including PT. Aero Globe Indonesia, Bank Pan Indonesia, Tbk., and more, across various legal areas such as civil and criminal litigation, labor law, intellectual property, and more. His fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English enables him to effectively engage with a wide range of clients and navigate international legal complexities. Lamhot Pandapotan

Lamhot is an experienced litigator specializing in commercial disputes since 2017. He has a comprehensive understanding of civil and criminal litigations and excels in drafting essential legal documents for various courts, including the Commercial Court, District Court, High Court, Supreme Court, and Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). He also offers expert legal counsel to companies on various matters.

Brandon Billy Z. Punyanan

Brandon is a lawyer specialized in Government and Legislation, graduating from Trisakti University's Faculty of Law. He gained valuable experience as a Junior Associate at a Jakarta Law Office, handling litigation and non-litigation cases. Currently, he is an Associate Lawyer at Fendi Jonathan & Partner Law Firm, where he focuses on various legal areas, including Land Law, Criminal Law, Corporate Matters, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He actively participates in Indonesian Advocates Association seminars to expand his legal knowledge and has contributed to successful case resolutions.

Yanesya Lastika Putri Muhadi

Yanesya graduated in 2021 from Universitas Indonesia's Faculty of Law, majoring in Procedural Law. She was the Executive Director of Law Student Association for Legal Practice (LaSALe) FH UI. Achieved 3rd place in National Moot Court Competition Tjokorda Raka Dherana VI 2020. Previously part of Regulation Team for Regulatory Reform at Universitas Indonesia. Now with Fendi Jonathan & Partners.

Milka Nadira Katriel Adam

Milka joined FJP as a junior associate in February 2024 after completing several months of internship as a legal intern. She graduated in 2022 from the Faculty of Law, Pelita Harapan University, majoring in Legal Practice Proficiency. She was the Vice President of the National Law Moot Court Community (NLMCC) FH UPH of 2020-2021 and actively participated in many student activities.
